What is "Metal & Lifedesign"?
I went through bullying and molestation as a young firstgrader back in 1996. - A catholic nun abused me on a regular basis for being trans, as at the same time bullies targeted me just out of pure hatredy for my kind.
As an aftermath
As an aftermath I became a depressed alcoholic at the age of 18, whose downward spiral continued until the end of 2014 as I tried to take my own life.
During the long time
During the long time in hospital & therapy I lost everything (Job, relationship, place to live) so I began re-designing my life slowly in autumn of 2015, because I had simply nothing to lose...
I began
I began to get more into personality development, just because I wanted to understand more of myself and my past.
So did I
So did I, and what if I tell you, that with all our thoughts and actions we ALL are basically the "architects" of our own life?
We are all LIFEDESIGNERS! ...No matter if we are aware of that or not!
However
However, it is far better to be aware, that we all have been lifedesigners from our past on until now, so we can (with that in mind) learn to design our future to be full of success, happiness & abundance!

You probably know me as a heavy metal musician, a weirdo, a misfit... I don´t care! I just wanna bring more to the table then "just" music.

With my personal knowledge of my past years, my job training to become a certified Coach and my know-how on defeating depression I wanna continue to fill my books, inspire and write motivating lyrics for my upcoming music!

Roots of Christina
Born on March 7th, 1990, in a small town near Munich, Germany, Christina´s life has been a relentless battle against the odds. As a trans woman, she´s faced a world that often seemed bent on tearing her down. But rather than breaking her, these struggles have forged her into a fierce and unapologetic force. From a young age, Christina sought refuge in creativity, first through painting and drawing. But everything changed when, at ten years old, she discovered Metallica.
The Sound
Christina´s music is a powerful reflection of her soul, influenced by rock & metal legends like Motörhead, Metallica & Goatwh*re. Her sound remains true to the roots of the genre, untainted by trends or commercialism. Each riff, each chord is a pillar to the pain, anger, and resilience that have defined her life. Her experiences have not just shaped her music - they´ve sharpened it, making it a weapon in her hands, both for self-expression and for connecting with others who walk a similar path.
Christina´s Journey
Christina is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist, with the guitar being her main, her journey from a young girl with a dream to a professional musician in 2020 was driven by sheer determination and a need to channel her deepest emotions into something tangible. Her music isn´t just a career; it´s a way to process the chaos inside and inspire others who feel lost in the darkness.
A clear Message
Her life has been marked by pain, including the scars of s*xual abuse & the cruelty of being bullied for who she is. But rather than being defined by these, she has transformed them into a message of empowerment. Her music is meant to confront you with the harsh realities of life, but also to inspire & to find your own strength. Her Motto, "Create yourself! Compare to none!" is a battle cry for anyone who has ever felt broken, urging you to never let the world dictate your worth!
The Fuel
Despite the trauma and the adversity, Christina has refused to be a victim. She has taken every blow life has thrown at her and turned it into fuel for her art, living her life with fierce determination. She is not just surviving; she´s thriving, and in doing so, she stands as a living example. With the guitar in her hands, her life and music is an inspiration to anyone who struggles with depression, rejection, or the feeling of being an outsider.

Christina´s vision extends beyond the music. She seeks to help others through her art and her life experiences, offering not just heavy metal but also wisdom through her writings. If you ever had a bad childhood full of violence and abuse, and you are now suffering from low self-esteem, plus anxiety and depression, then my personal story of how I overcame all of that will help ya!
Years ago I have been very miserable! I was addicted to alcohol, and I tried to drown my childhood trauma of a nun molesting me in elementary school on a daily basis for being trans in loads of liqour.
But my demons could swim...
As a result of that I became very depressive for years, which then took it´s toll leading me to wake up in a clinic.
Despite all of that, I have gained a broad knowledge of overcoming a traumatic past by visiting therapy sessions during that time and because of that, I figured which A-hole I would be, if I wouldn´t share my story (and knowledge) within a book!
